Refund policy
We hope you love your items but if you don't, please proceed to follow the instructions below.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that we do not accept return requests submitted through Facebook/Instagram.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will be charged a small fee for the return shipping label. You will have the opportunity to initiate a return for either a store credit or an exchange. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit.
Once the return request is submitted, please allow up to 5 days to approve your return request. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR INFORMATION INSIDE OF THE PACKAGE IN ORDER FOR US TO CREDIT YOU OR CREATE THE EXCHANGE. Include a copy of your invoice. Items must be sent back to Ramiss The Label within 14 days of the customer having received the package.
We only accept return/exchange items according to the following guidelines:
- Cannot be worn, washed, or put through the dryer
- Cannot have perfume, cologne, body spray, body splash scent
- Cannot have deodorant marks
- Cannot have stains of any kind (makeup/self-tanner, etc.)
- Cannot have human or animal hair
- Cannot have snagging/pilling
- Clothing cannot be missing any contents (bra pads, drawstrings, buttons, etc.)
- Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial
- If your return package contains at least one item with bio-hazardous waste (bodily fluids, etc), our inspection team is required to cease inspection of the package immediately and deny the entire return, no exceptions. This is for health and safety reasons. We will be contacting you regarding this and discarding the items

• Damages/Wrong items
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival via email (info@ramissthelabel.com). If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. It is imperative that you report the damage to us within this time frame, including pictures of the damages in your email, so we can assist you immediately in getting your matter resolved. Customer inflicted damages, such as cuts to the clothes made at the time of opening the package, will not qualify for a replacement. Please be careful opening the packages. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us with pictures of the item you received so we can send you a return label and ship you the correct item as soon as possible.
• Exchanges
If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
• Credit Processing
We strive to be as fast and efficient as possible when it comes to returns so that you are able to use your credit towards another amazing outfit! When returned packages arrive at our facilities, we ask that you give us up to 5 business days to process your store credit. Please give 14 business days during peak holiday seasons. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees.
Shipping Fees: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs. We are not responsible for USPS not being able to deliver a package due to an address issue, or them not having a secure place to deliver the package.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING when shipping items back to Ramiss The Label. We will only issue credit for packages if the customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned a package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.
• Final Sale Items
Non Returnable, No Exceptions
All items found in the Sale category are final sale and are non-returnable.
• Order Cancellations
Due to the fact that our shipping department is very fast with processing orders, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity;
• Any regular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing;“
• Any irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer on entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non Ramiss The Label items sent to our Distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
